Drug Digest On this site you can look up some of these terms to see what they are and what they do. I just got done looking up 3 herbs (Evening Primrose, Valerian and Niacinamide) Evening Primrose and Valerian seemed to have good reports. Niacinamide (also known as Niacin) is a vitamin involved in fat metabolism, tissue respiration and energy production and helps lower cholesterol and fat levels in the blood. Health Thru Nutrition seems to be researching their products (at least Mind Set) and producing quality and beneficial products. In my searching of the ingredients one of the vitamins did caution about AMO inhibitors (older type of meds used to treat depression) I didn't find any cautions or concerns reported about Seroton reuptake meds such as Prozac or Effexer. DO CHECK WITH YOUR DOCTOR BEFORE TAKING ANY HERBS ESPECIALLY IF YOU TAKE A NUMBER OF PRESCRIPTION MEDICATIONS. They are still studying herbal supplements however I personally believe there is minimal problems with Mind Set simply because the majority of it's ingredients are naturally occuring nutrients which our bodies need daily and are found in the foods we eat.
