My mother-in-law needs to sell her timeshare asap. She has had it for 4 years & is willing to let it go if someone is willing to take over the payments. She has made 45 payments as of 5/25/03 which there are 75 monthly payments left of $145.41. This includes insurance to pay it off in case of death. Below is info on the Time Share.

Equivest.com Can be used with equivest vacation & travel club. Can use to exchange for other timeshares in the Equivest Vacation & Travel Club. You can use it to stay for a week or split your time up to use it for weekends. You can also travel & stay in other timeshares for reduced rates in addition to using your timeshare.

She said once the timeshare is paid off PepperTree will give you the title to the property. (I've been to a few timeshare presentations & some of them advertise you get the title to a portion of the property which they say is better than not getting any title or deed. I think it helps with taxes.)
